Meet Riccardo Fransz

Hi, I’m Riccardo (Rick)! Starting Drive Tech has been a dream for many years. With over 18 years of experience as a driving instructor in Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs, I wanted to create a school where students feel supported and prepared not just for their test, but for real-life driving.

I’ve previously worked with another leading driving school, teaching over 2000+ students with a pass rate of 95%. My experience has taught me that patience, guidance, and clear advice are key to helping learners succeed.
